John O'Grady's passion is leaving the world a better place than he found it. He does this by helping high potential and high performing athletic coaches, corporate executives and their teams do GREAT THINGS by bringing out the very best in their leaders, players, teams and corporations. He shares leadership lessons and experience from the battlefield, sports field, and business world by working at the INTERSECTION of LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, and CULTURE - this is where the magic happens. Every organization is a network of teams within teams. Optimal performance of people, teams and leaders of teams is critical for organizational success in a sustainable manner -- He helps by sharing practical lessons from over 30 years of military, sports, and business experience. A former Division I athlete, West Point graduate, retired Army Colonel, and distinguished combat leader, John understands the leaders role in bringing the intersection of leadership, teams and culture and how it inspires people and teams to become the best version of themselves in the most demanding, complex, austere, and challenging environments.
