Wayne is the co-founder and product line manager of the Remote Leadership Institute an organization committed to helping people around the world develop the skills to sell, train, present and lead people and projects using webmeeting, webinar and virtual presentation tools.
His books include "The Long-Distance Leader: Rules for Remarkable Remote Leadership," (co-written with Kevin Eikenberry) "Meet Like You Mean It- a Leader's Guide to Painless and Productive Virtual Meetings" and ASTD (ATD) "10 Steps to Successful Virtual Presentations." His articles appear in print and online including Training and Development Magazine, CBS Business, BNET, The Huffington Post and for over ten years on Management-Issues.com.  We spoke about the almost undeniable "I-told-you-so" moment currently occurring for on-line learning/training, as well as what's working/not working with it.
