Jennifer is an author and global speaker hailed as a “champion for introverts.” Her bestselling books The Introverted Leader, Quiet Influence, The Genius of Opposites her latest book, Creating Introvert-Friendly Workplaces have been translated into 18 languages and have helped to shape the conversation about introverted leadership. Jennifer has worked as a consultant, learning and development leader and keynote speaker at such organizations as NASA, The American Chemical Society, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Bosch, the US Centers for Disease Control, Freddie Mac, Kimberly Clark, and IEEE.
